What You'll Do
As an HVAC Installer / Service Technician, you'll install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Install, modify, and repair ductwork systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related HVAC systems
- Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations to customers
- Follow all safety procedures and applicable building codes
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Assist in training and mentoring less experienced team members
- Work alongside a team committed to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to continue growing in the HVAC industry.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (required)
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
- Proficient in HVAC functional design and ductwork installation
- Knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas furnaces, electric furnaces, and heat pumps
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment
- Experience training or supervising others is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Willingness to obtain NATE Certification
- Understanding of residential and light commercial building codes
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
